SFO

Just to let you all know I passed my SFO test (special functions officer), and I also passed my Defensive tactics test too!!!

I just have a little over 4 weeks left!!! I'm so excited for this to be done with so I can start working as a Deputy!!!

Just to let you all know I will be done with school on October 7Th and GRADUATION is on October 21st!

Bryan's Allergy Test

So if you haven't heard Bryan tried once again to get out of work!!!

This time it was with a Banana.... who knew that a simple banana could be so deadly!

Anyways about 2 weeks ago Bryan ate a banana at work and started having a BAD allergic reaction to it! He was then sent to the hospital by ambulance and needless to say he scared all of us half to death!!!

So, after all of this Bryan had to go in for a Allergy test this last Friday. Needless to say he is allergic to BANANAS, Apples, Carrots, Melons.... Also Dust, Pollen, Grass and Cats. Even DOGS!!!! (the doctor told us that we need to look into making them outside dogs) and to add the final topping he has Asthma!!!! The doctor told us that he hadn't seen someone with this bad of allergies in a long time.

Oh and just to add more fun stuff when I looked up Banana Allergies on Webmd it also told me that we need to be careful of Latex, Avocados, melons, and kiwis....I think Bryan's falling apart!!! LOL

So now after these tests Bryan will have to go back again to get tested for allergies to bugs too. He now has to have allergy shots for the next 6 months, and quite a process.


Anyways I managed to take some pictures of his test, sorry they're not the best i only had my cell phone.

Brylee can CRAWL!!!!

This Friday Bryan and I were doing yard work and I went inside with Brylee to change her. After I changed her I sat her in her room to play with a toy while I washed my hands. Brylee decide that she didn't want her toy I guess and that she wanted her mom. So she just stared crawling out of her room, when I saw her she had already made it out her door and was in the beginning of the hallway. It was soo cute!!! I yelled for Bryan to come and see her. Bryan caught her when she was half way in the hall. It was soo fun to see her so happy and proud of herself. Brylee just kept looked up at me and kept crawling until she was at my feet! I loved every moment of it!!!

My little baby girl is growing up!!! I'm so excited for her but I can't help it but a little part of me feels sad!

Earrings!!!

I know that some of you may think that I'm offal mean but I did it anyways and she looks so cute with them!!!

Last Friday Bryan and I took Brylee to the mall and got her ears pierced. She did so good! She is soo tough!!! Anyways we had two people piers her ears at the same time and Bryan tried to distract her, it seemed to work great!!!
Brylee just held her breath so we had to kinda blow in her face to get her to start again and then we gave her a beaded rainbow colored necklace and we didn't have the heart to take it way from her when we tried to leave so now we have the lovely thing.

Brylee's ears look great too! The same day that we got them done you would have never knew it, there were not red or anything. Bryan or I clean them in the morning and at night and it doesn't seem to even bug her.

the Gaitin's Go CAMPING!!!!

On Friday, August 21, Bryan, Brylee, Roxy, Ronin and I set out on an adventure to Mirror lake. Bryan and I always go up there but never stay over night, we also always talked about going camping but just never found the time to go. But this time we thought that it would be fun to stay and that it would make a fun thing for our little family to start doing together.

Friday we found our campsite and set-up, then we hiked around a little.

Saturday, we took the Brylee and the dogs of a hike down a river that ended in a valley, it was very pretty. We also to a walk around Mirror lake which Bryan cried about the whole time, staying that he was tired and wanted to go back to the campsite (what a cry baby). So after all the hiking we went back to the camp site and had dinner and had Smores (what's camping with out that???).

Sunday, we woke up to a little rain, we packed up a little early but all in all we had a great time!!! I think that Bryan and I will try to keep camping on our "to do list for Summer."

Brylee's New Carseat!!!

Bryan and I decided that we needed to buy Brylee a new carseat because she was starting to outweigh her old one. The old carseat was rated for a baby under 21 lbs., Brylee is now 20lbs. (We though that it was getting a little unsafe). Also she was unable to stretch her legs out and was really starting to hate it anytime that we put her in it.

Anyways, just when Bryan and I were on the lookout for a nice one. Mee-maw and Grandpa Gaitin bought one for her!!! (THANK YOU)

I wish that I could say that Brylee loves this carseat, but that would be a BIG lie. She still hates riding in the car these days, but how at least she looks conferable. I hope that when she gets old enough and we can face her forward that she will like it a little bit better.
