Brylee is 1 Month Old!!!

Time has gone by soo fast!!!

It still feels as if I just had her and the doctor laid her in my arms for the first time. I know that everyone told me that time goes by fast but I really did not think that it would go by this fast!

Brylee is getting so big too, she has now outgrown all of her "newborn" outfits, she is now fitting in to 0-3 month ones. I remember that only a few weeks ago I though they looked so BIG and that she would never fit into them!

Brylee has also been a lot more active these last couple of weeks and has been looking and playing with thing a lot more, she has even been holding her head up for long periods of time, she is getting to be so strong.

Bryan and I have also been very blessed with sleep and are very excited. Brylee has been sleeping for the last few days at night for 5 to 6 hours (she was going every 3 to 4 hours).

This week we also got our pictures taken and Brylee did so good. I think that photographer got some really cute pictures of her. We should be getting them sometime next week! I'm so excited to see them and I will post them as soon as we get them!

Brylee is 3 Weeks Old!!

Brylee is 3 weeks old! Its going by fast, this week was full of excitment.

Bryan made Rachel go to the Gym on Tuesday. Which ment Grandpa Bob got to babysit,

that made Me-Ma very jealous! It was hard on Rachel, having to leave Brylee for the fist time but she did very well and actually enjoyed getting back to it.

Brylee is starting to be more alert and is even starting to play and make faces at her self in the mirror. We got a floor gym for Brylee, it has toys and a mirror and she loves it. It is great for belly time and she seems to be devolping reaching and grabbing skills.

Bryan goes to great lengths to skip work!

Bryan decided to give everyone a scare Saturday morning at 5:50 am

He hit a patch of black ice and rolled his car on his way to work January 24, 2009.

Amazingly he came away without a scratch and only a minor concussion and a sore back.

He was taken to the hospital by ambulance just to be safe and was released 3 hours later after having CT scan and an X-ray.

Bryan's car, however, didn't fare to well at all.

Most people that roll there cars twice, don't get to pose with them 4 hours later!

Unless someone is watching over them, which in Bryan's case we believe that someone had to be watching over him!!!

Brylee is 2 weeks old!!!

I cannot believe how time flies, our little Miss. Brylee Anne is now 2 weeks old!!!

Yesterday, we went to her 2 week appointment to see her doctor. Brylee is now a whopping 9 lbs. 2 oz. and is 22 in. long!!! Brylee was soo upset though she had to have her second PKU done, so she got really upset when they poked her heel. It was so sad to see her so upset!!! But on the upside of things the doctor said that she looks great and we don't have to go back until she is 2 months old.

Brylee's First Bath

The first post is Brylee's first bath at home.

Brylee is one week old!!

I can't believe that my little girl is already one week old!!! It feels as if I just had her!

Today we had to take Brylee to her first doctors visit, the doctor said that she looked great and she has even gained some of her weight back. Brylee now weighs 8 lbs. 10 oz. and is still 20 in. long.

Also we had another eventful moment, Brylee's umbilical cord fell off!!! It looks like she is going to have an innie belly button.
